Nigerian Suya Loaded Wrap
Nigeria's most famous street food — suya (smoky, peanut-spiced beef skewers) taken off the stick and wrapped in a flatbread with sliced tomato, raw onion rings, fresh kuli-kuli (peanut cake) crumbles and more yaji (the suya spice powder). The yaji spice blend of groundnuts, ginger, garlic and African spices is the soul of the dish.
