Rwandan Brochette Street Skewers
Rwanda's most beloved street food — brochettes (from the French colonial influence), skewers of marinated goat meat (or beef), grilled over charcoal and served with fried plantain, isombe (cassava leaves) and fried sweet potatoes. The goat is marinated simply with onion, garlic, chilli and cumin.
