Palestinian Musakhan Wrap

Palestine's national dish — musakhan — in portable wrap form. Musakhan is slow-roasted chicken legs cooked with mountains of caramelised onions, sumac (the tangy dark red spice) and olive oil, traditionally served over taboon bread. Here wrapped in a flatbread with the chicken, caramelised sumac onions, toasted pine nuts and tahini.
