Kimchi Bacon Pizza

The Korean-American fusion pizza that went viral — a crispy pizza base with gochujang-cream sauce, kimchi, crispy bacon or guanciale, mozzarella, spring onions and a finishing drizzle of sesame oil. The funky fermented kimchi against the rich cheese and salty bacon creates an addictive combination.
