Kenyan Nyama Choma Rice Plate

Kenya's charcoal-grilled meat tradition — nyama choma — served over fragrant pilau rice with kachumbari (fresh tomato-onion-coriander salad) and sukuma wiki (sautéed greens with onion and tomato). The combination of smoky meat, spiced rice and bright fresh salad is the definitive Kenyan celebration meal.
