Indonesian Martabak Manis

Indonesia's legendary sweet stuffed pancake — a thick, spongy pan-fried pancake cooked until a golden crust forms on the outside and the inside is pillowy with large bubbles, then filled with butter, condensed milk, grated cheese and chocolate sprinkles, folded and served in thick slices. The Bandung speciality.
