Denmark's iconic open-faced rye bread — dense, dark sourdough rye (rugbrød) spread with cultured butter, layered with cold-smoked salmon, cucumber, dill cream cheese, quick-pickled red onion and mustard-dill sauce. A Nordic masterpiece of flavour and restraint.
