Colombian Arepa Burger
Colombia's viral street-food innovation — a classic burger patty sandwiched not in a bun but between two grilled corn arepas, with aji amarillo mayo, avocado, crispy chicharrón bits and hogao (cooked tomato-onion salsa). The arepa's slight corn sweetness and crispy char elevate every element.
