Triple Sauce Kebab Fries

Turkey's late-night kebab shop upgrade — a mountain of crispy fries topped with sliced doner kebab meat, then drizzled with three essential sauces: garlic yoghurt (sauce bey), hot chilli sauce and Thousand Island dressing. This is the Turkish equivalent of loaded chips and it's the standard street food order at 2am in Istanbul.
