Tandoori Club Sandwich

India's gourmet hotel take on the club sandwich — three layers of toast with tandoori-marinated chicken slices, crispy bacon or grilled paneer, fried egg, tomato, lettuce, a mint-coriander chutney aioli and thinly sliced pickled onion. The classic American club sandwich with the full tandoori flavour spectrum replacing the plain chicken.
